Yes. In many situations, it is possible to transfer phone numbers including toll-free numbers to your Call Ocean Business phone system. Porting both your normal business numbers and toll-free numbers to Call Ocean may take up to 10 business days, but it can be completed without any service interruptions. During that time, Call Ocean will provide you with a temporary number. If your phone numbers are available to transfer, there is no charge to bring them with you when you switch your service.

At Call Ocean, an extension is a user, or a physical device. It’s also your internal or external phone number. But unlike traditional phone system lines, our extensions work by allowing different devices to register with your phone system IP address. So as long as your phone is connected to the internet it can be located by the phone system, and receive calls at the appropriate extension number.
